I have the product set to Shipping Exempt and the weight set to zero, screen shot:
https://www.floridasbestfruit.com/working/201229/ProductSettings.jpg

Yet when purchasing it still charges the shipping minimum, screen shot:

What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you have the correct item in the cart?
In your admin, it shows the price is $56.00 but your cart shows only $34.00

Thanks,
David

Yes, it's the correct product. The price is changed with a product option.
Is there somewhere else the shipping is determined?

Check the product option - Do you have a weight set there, and is it an "alt" product option. If so, check that that item does not have a weight assigned.

Figured it out. There was another product "Brittle Bites Half Case" that was set to Sell and had a shipping weight.
