Good afternoon all,

On a product page I have 4 options called Download Only (multiple purchase), 16x20 Matting, 11x14 Matting, and 8x10 Matting in this order and each are radio button with a dependent option 16x20 Matting Color, 11x14 Matting Color, and 8x10 Matting Color accordingly.

The Download Only option presents: Free download, $15 13x19 prints, $10 11x17 prints, and $5 8x10 prints

Using 16x20 Matting option for an example, under heading tick box for Available Colors $25ea., then choose appropriate color.

This all works except it looks wonky in the cart...

- example: add one in the $15 13x19 prints and a one in the Available Colors $25 Black and click buy now... soft cart and final cart will display the following:

1 filename.jpg has been added
- Free Download: $15 13x19 Prints
- 16x20 Matting: Available Colors $25ea.
Price: $15.00

1 filename.jpg has been added
- Color Chosen: Black
- 16x20Matting: Available Colors $25ea.
Price: $35.00

*******************
Why does it print the option names, am I overusing the product options? How to make it itemized something like this:

(1) Free Download
(1) $15 13x19 print
(1) 16x20 Matting: Color Chosen: Black

Here is a page for you to view this from: https://www.buytexasonly.com/proddetail.php?prod=1macrolg.jpg

In advance, thank you for any help/suggestions.

Steven

Hi Steven
I've been having a look at this but I think it's just a result of using the Multi Purchase options. Really, what these are doing is adding a product for each one of the options that you select. That is, if you have Red, Green and Blue and regular options of Process Speed and Hard Drive Size, then for each color you choose you will get that set of options. What you wouldn't get is a list of say (1) Red, (2) Green, (3) Hard Drive etc as that's not really what is being added to the cart. Even though in this case the options may look "wonky" to you, do they not reflect what is actually being added?
