I am having an issue also with the shipping estimator since update, it shows only the handling fee rather than adding the shipping and handling together. How can this be rectified.

Are you sure you haven't added an extra shipping option which could have a zero price? It seems you are adding different shipping types so it could be a new one has the rate at zero.

Hi Vince, they have changed nothing since the issue began, I just double checked. I just updated the cart again with new software. Here are screenshots of what is happening, ONLY HANDLING IS SHOWING NO SHIPPING OR SHIPPING OPTIONS

This is a critical issue with this website, we need to get it sorted out.

I just checked his orders, and in the admin area, when viewing invoices the shipping is being added there (the 3.95) it is just not displaying where it should as people are checking out, they are assuming they are paying 1.50.

Total Weight: 0
Order Total: £110.35
Shipping: £3.95
Handling: £1.50
Grand Total: £115.80

this is what shows on the actual invoice.

I checked the admin and the two products that are shown in the JPG images are set to "shipping exempt" so that is why there is no shipping and that is then correct on checkout I believe.
But checking that order in the admin / invoice, I don't get a 3.95 shipping charge which would of course be incorrect. As the total goods for the example you give is 110.35 could it be that there are just products in that order which are not shipping exempt?
