Is there any way or is there any mods that will allow me to pull from my site reviews and push them into fb and Google reviews? I will be very interested to get that.

Mike over at www.dlss.ca has a utility for feeding reviews from your website into the google search results that are shown for your products.
I don't think google will allow your website feedback to be fed into google reviews though. Those must come from google users only I expect.
As for f/b, I not sure on that one.
