The abandoned cart email is probably the single greatest communication added to ECT.

I'd LOVE to see an email option where I could look up orders by STATUS (say "SHIPPED"), or a date range, and send all the customers an email asking them to come back and review the item(s) they purchased.

I have a MOD from Mike that does it, but I have to click into each order to send it.

Hi Bill, we do this every week without needed any mods.

When orders ship, we moved them to shipped status.

Each week, we open orders in shipped status and when they are about 30 days old, we move them to completed status (in bulk - a whole page of orders) and that completed email is setup to ask for reviews.
Once sent, the reviews come pouring in.

Perhaps you are not aware you can hold down the ctrl key and change the status on an order and all other orders showing on the page will also change to that status.
