Hi again,

We have been told by Global Payments that they integrate with Ecommerce Templates. We are running the latest version (7.3.5) and they do not appear in the list of supported payment processors. Would we use custom for that?

It's not one that springs to mind. Could you ask them if they have any more details? If it's not supported right now I would certainly be interested in adding them.

The guy we have been dealing with at Global Payments is Solomon Shahatit - solomon.shahatit@globalpay.com

He will probably be able to put you in touch with whoever knows exactly what data and in which format you need.

We only have two weeks before our current payment provider goes offline. Do you think it will be possible to get the Global Payments integration done in that timescale?

I'm starting to look at this now. It doesn't normally take so long to integrate a payment provider but you never know what problems you are going to come across on the way.

I'm currently waiting for Sanbox credentials so I can start to test the integration. Once I've got those I can move on but it seems they have to verify first.

The changes are now ready in the v7.4 updater here...

You will need to apply the updater fully, including the new ectcart.css file, and run the updatestore.php script. Then in the admin payments providers click Modify for Global Payments and enter there the Merchant ID and Shared Secret from your Global Payments account.
Please let me know if you have any problems.

It looks like it may have a problem with state? We have counties in the UK, not states.

I have been trying here but can't actually get the system to go wrong with my test account, for either the state (county) or the phone number.
