I'd like to make the "Who Are We" section of the footer part of my home page body.

Then, instead of two "foot top left" columns, I think I could have four across the bottom of the page.

Before I break my site, anyone see a problem with this?

That sounds good to me as if you have 4 of the "footer_top_left" columns that would be a 100% of the page width.
