Hi,

We have an odd problem with the side filter bar on products.asp pages, where attempting to select any options such as manufacturer, price range or even number of products displayed results in "Your search did not match any products."

We are not sure when this first started occurring, but it has persisted after upgrading to version 7.4.2

Unsure whether this could be a database issue or missing/corrupted code?

Has anyone seen this issue before or know what could cause it?

UPDATE: Strangely, it also appears this happens in Edge but not Chrome...?

I'm trying in Edge and don't seem to have a problem at all with the Manufacturers on your site. Do you mind posting the URL so that others could try?

Hi Wharf

Just visited your site via the link you have posted. Regarding the product filter on the left hand side of page - all works as expected. The Qty in brackets in the filter bar also correspond with the Qty shown on the screen after selection. No errors or error messages shown.

On a side note I do find the site speed very lethargic at loading once a selection has been made - 4 - 7 seconds on average

Thanks for the feedback Steve.

It's odd that the error seems to be localised (and on Edge but not Chrome or Android), but it's good to see that others are apparently not seeing it. Clearing the cache didn't solve it, but perhaps it's a cookie issue or similar.

The site has been intermittently slow and the hosts haven't been particularly helpful in their responses, so I feel a move is in the not too distant future...
