Hi,

I am trying to use the UPS tracking feature. When I track a UPS tracking number it gave a 'The tracking system returned the following error : Invalid Authentication Information.' So started with UPS registeration process through the admin panel. As part of the process I have created UPS account got the account number. After the account number screen, it is asking for Invoice number detail but since I just have registered I don't have any invoice number.

So how I can proceed further(UPS registeration) without Invoice number. Also rightnow I looking for just tracking feature, not the complete shipment solution.

I am not familiar to UPS but have you followed the ECT integration instructions here?

If so then I would await someone who is familiar with that shipping service.

On a side note this is posted in the wrong forum. Are you using ASP or PHP version? When Vince calls by he can move to the correct forum.

yes, I've already checked the URL but there is not much information about the UPS registration process from the control panel.

I'm afraid we can't really do anything about the UPS registration process. But what I would do if I were you is just wait until you ship something and get a receipt and then you will be able to complete the registration process.

You will probably need to contact UPS to become a "pickup" or use your shipper # at a UPS store to finish this.
Once you have a bill from UPS and invoice amount it's pretty simple from there.
