Posted - 10/28/2021 : 11:03:07 Hi I am trying to install the Premium Generic version and I have database on Sql server which was version 7.1 The Premium Generic is on 7.3 I run updatestore and it fails with error :processing table :abandoncartemail"(this is using the sqlservertanles add on I paid for) I can log into to the website but orders show ,but no catefories or prooducts Any ideas Thanks Warren
Vince Administrator 42455 Posts	Posted - 10/28/2021 : 13:06:14 Hi Warren Can you use the v7.1 version of the SQL Server Creation script to upsize your Access database and then use the regular updater from here to take it up to v7.3... https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updaters.asp Or, if you don't have any products, categories, etc defined yet in your database then just use the v7.3 version directly and don't upsize and then a default database will be created with just the sample products. Posted - 10/28/2021 : 13:49:20 Hi I dont have a access database I only have a microsoft sql database And I am trying to use the sql database tools that I purchases from you to update it to the new structure I restore my sql database and connect to the database and then run the update store sql tables tool that I got from and it gives this error after I click on Install Ecommerce plus version 7.1 I get this error processing table:abandonedcartemail An error orrcured on the server while processing this url

Posted - 10/28/2021 : 14:09:20 Click the Upgrade to Version xxx button and you will see the database being updated. On completion you should see a "Success" message and the page will refresh. We only see 3 buttons Install to V7.1 all we see Is there meant to be an upgrade button.We only see an 1)install Ecommerce plusto v7.1 2)Install v7.1 and wipe 3)Do not create basis structure Is there meant to be an upgrade option? I dont see it

Vince Administrator 42455 Posts	Posted - 10/28/2021 : 14:11:54 Hi Warren Forget the SQL Server Tables, just get the updater from here... https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updaters.asp Then unzip that and use the updatestore.asp in that to update your database. Don't use the SQL Server Tables updatestore.asp script at all. If you see the 3 options you detailed above you have the wrong updatestore.asp script.
