Repeat Customer Indicator for Hosted Store

Am I right that the mods we rely on in our current ECT store - for example the Repeat Customer Indicator from DLSS - won't be available if we move to the Hosted cart? The Repeat Customer Indicator is essential for our fulfillment workflow, but requires an update to DLSS' modified inc/incorders.php file every time a cart update changes that file.
