PHP v7.4.6

I just added Amazon Pay to a client's site yesterday, something I have not done before. There was an attempt to use it which ended up being unauthorized, but half of the customer's information was missing from the orders admin: no name, street address, phone, or email. There is a Transaction ID, but no Authorization code. Any suggestions as to where the problem may be or is this just a fluke with this one customer? Any assistance will be appreciated.

Ran a test order and it worked. Not sure what happen with the above order. Regardless, that behavior seems odd.

Hi Marshall
Wouldn't this just be that the customer didn't have any addresses defined in their Amazon account?

Probably as several people have used it since then without any issue.
