I have a page set up on one of my client's sites for making a general payment. See it here: https://curtisknight.com/payments.php

They have contacted me to let me know that some of their customers are getting an error message when they try to use it. The error message says:

I'm sorry, there was a problem with your transaction.
Transaction result
The VITAL identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider.
Go Back and Try Again.

Who do they need to contact and what can I do to advise them. The provider they use for credit cards is listed as: Auth.net AIM

I really think it is just a case of calling Authorize.net and seeing what the problem is with them. I don't think it's a configuration issue with the cart.

Thanks for getting back to me. It seems it was Authorize.net and I think we have it taken care of.
