PHPv7.4.8 Checkout Step 2 Edit Address Cannot Save

Follow these steps: 1) Log In, or Create New Account and enter address details. 2) Add product to cart and checkout. 3) Proceed to Checkout Step 2. 4) Under Billing Address click either "Edit" or "New" buttons. 5) Notice [green]there is no "Submit" button[/green] to save changes; just a "Cancel" button.
