Hello,

I’m having an issue with the customer login. The login link doesn’t bring up the login screen. This was working fine until I updated from 7.3 to 7.4.8.

Perhaps you didn't update all of the files, particularly the ectcart.js file.
It's likely you will see an error (assuming is a JS error) in your browser console and if you don't know how to view that, post a URL to the page and I can take a look.

Hi David,

All the file were uploaded. I uploaded the ectcart.js file again, just in case, but the issue remains.

Tried the Login & it takes about 3 seconds to show the login popup screen, bit slow but it is working. Clicking away from the login popup also returns to the full website as expected without having to click on the top right close icon (X) and that's a new feature in a recent release/update



FYI I'm using Firefox 98.0.1 Windows 11 on a laptop. It's 2am here so I'm off to the land o' nod, goodnight

It was the CDN cache that was causing the problem. After clearing the CDN cache, it seems to be working.
