The estimate is $13.71 for an estimated weight of 5.7lbs and the actual weight is only 4.6lbs but the actual shipping charge using Worldship comes to $20.10. This has been going on for a long time but the discrepancies are becoming more frequent and the differences greater. I'd like to get this back on track.

This could be down to a number of factors.
You will want to check settings in your includes related to rates shown by UPS, and don't forget dimensional weight. So if your dimensions are not sent to UPS correctly, and the package is larger than what was sent to UPS, the rate can be higher.
