Hi,

Is anyone using a SaaS CRM system along side or connected with ECT? I am researching which one will best suite our needs. Pipedrive is currently high on my list. Brainstorming on getting sales customers into the CRM to manage follow up and add-on sales. It would also be great to learn the possibilities of Zapier, Integrately or other systems connected ECT.
