Free Shipping Coupon

Posted - 06/15/2022 : 07:57:46 Hi Kevin, I may be wrong but I believe you also have to go into shipping admin and ensure free shipping (FSA) is available/ticked for appropriate countries and states. Also, check that 'free shipping exempt' isn't selected in the exemptions in product admin for the product you are selling. Steve Edited by - Steved on 06/15/2022 08:00:18
