When I try to checkout after applying the update to my dev site, the cart.asp page doesn't show the name and address information correctly. I am trrying to figure out why the bill to and ship to customer information fields are missing. Plus the SHIP to address shouldn't be showing unless I tell it I want a different ship to address.

If I bring up the browser console, the following error is shown: ectById is not defined

I am not sure where etcById is defined but a search shows it in the incfunctions.asp and inccart.asp pages. Any ideas

Hi Paul

First I would make sure all the updater files made it up to the server.

Once you are happy that they have done so rerun the updatestore file & see if that corrects the issue.

Thanks Steve. I made sure al of the update files were copied to the server. Just in case, I double checked and they are all good. P.S> I did try clearing the web cache also in case that was the cause but it's still doing the same thing.

Hi Paul

I'm not familiar with ASP so once one of the other guys who are more ASP savvy catches this thread then I'm sure there will be an answer forthcoming.

You would get this error if the ectcart.js file were out of date or not referenced. Could it be that your dev site is actually referencing the ectcart.js file from the main site and which hasn't been updated?

Thank You Vince. That was the issue. The code was pointing to the old js file and not the new file. Quick correction of the location and we are working correctly now.
