Hi BobT The adjustment will only have effect for new orders that came in so are you saying maybe that one of these was before you added the parameter and the other after? If so then this would seem to be normal to me.

Perhaps that customer made it to checkout, but did not complete, prior to your change. In this case, the order may have a (pre setting change) timestamp, then completed checkout later.
