Hi Guys

Just tried to capture my paypal payments from yesterdays orders and get an error - searched the forum and see it should have a front end error also - it does, if I try to pay with paypal on my site i get below error:

PayPal Express (4) error: Error, couldn't connect to https://api-3t.paypal.com/2.0/ (-2147012889).
The server name or address could not be resolved

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14'

Syntax error in WHERE clause.

/manufacturermessage.asp, line 36

Site been up and using sagepay / paypal for years, was all working fine as of yesterday - any ideas what would cause this?

let me know
James

Hi James
It does just look like there is a problem connecting to the URL and it could be a problem on PayPal's end, with the host/server or a router down between you and PayPal. As this seems to be on the back end (and I guess you can log in to paypal to capture) would the idea be to wait a few hours to see if the problem resolves itself?

Hi Vince

Yes can manually capture...

Have already emailed paypal support - as everything points to them as nothing at all has changed in code etc...

thanks
