Hi,
We are switching to Pay360 from another payment provider. According to the tech support people at Pay360 the integration is not current, which is why our credentials don't work.
Here is an image of the Pay360 integration:

Here is an image of the error we get when we try to send a test purchase through Pay360:

Could you guys check this to see if there are formatting issues that need resolving?

We are on version 7.5.6 by the way.

I've been testing here and everything seems fine to tell the truth. Could you firstly try adding this parameter to the vsadmin/includes.php file...
$debugxmlemails=TRUE;
Then try a test transaction with Pay360 and you should get an email with debug info. Then could you send that to me at vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com
Also, if you are in contact with one of their support people could you send me any emails you have received?

I have put

into the includes.
I just got another error message, exactly the same as the one I screenshotted before.

Looking at the XML I can see what they are saying and that is because the amount is 2.3999999999...
But the strange thing is the code should take care of that by rounding the amount to two decimal places and trying tests it all seems to work fine. I've made a change that might possibly help though so can you try purchasing the same item and see if you still get an error?

Hi Vince,
Do I need to upload the latest version of the Vsadmin files to incorporate the change you made?
We are running the latest version, but that was like a month ago.

The latest version is 7.5.6.001 & that has recently been released in last few days. The version 7.5.6.000 was released on 28th February.

You can check which exact version is on your server by going to vsadmin/inc/incfunctions.php, open that file in notepad++ or any text editor, & you will see the full version number in the first few lines.

Hi Steve and Vince,

Working! Thanks for your help. I just sent through a test purchase and everything worked.

I downloaded the latest installer and ran the script and that must have put in place the decimal place fix. Thanks for doing that Vince.

The checkout page is unformatted/poorly formatted but that is something I can liaise with Pay360 about. Probably some CSS work.
