What format should the date be in? Do leading zeros matter in the account number?

I had logged in for an update before and it worked. It's failing on me today.

Hi Ken
I'm not sure I follow you to tell the truth. Where are you logging in for the update?

Hi Ken, once that's setup and working, you should not need to revisit that page for any updates to your connection to UPS.
Are you having some problem with your UPS rates showing?
Thanks,
David

I thought I needed to update that for any changes in the negotiated rates.

Right now, it's quoting $54.80 for 4, four-ounce items going from Texas to Michigan, by ground. I get the same whether published or negotiated is set.

Hi, you should check your includes to see what you have set there for shipping related settings.
For 4 4-ounce items (1 pound) you should see a much lower rate, regardless of negotiated rates being set.
Check specifically for $splitpackat=70; where 70 is the weight a box is split at.

Thanks,
David

I'm not finding these in the includes file:

$splitpackat=
$debugxmlemails=
$commercialloc=

In fact, the text in the file appears a whole lot shorter than it used to be.

In that case, you should check these to see if there are any that you want/need https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/phphelp/ecommplus/parameters.asp#ups and the $splitpackat= should be set to the max weight you go on a box. Typically 30 - 40 for most users.

Thanks,
David

Dave,

Then just add those lines to the file if not there?
