Where are these notes displayed?

Is there a way to have them show up on the adminorders details page?

Hi Larry, they are only shown there in the client admin page.
I personally wrote a mod to show them on the admin order page.
If you want to make a post in the suggestions forum for this to become a feature, I'll add my vote.
