Many customers forget they have gift certificates. It bothers me if they don't use them - especially if it's to "Mom" from #1 son. It would be nice if we could send a reminder that they have store credit.

Bumping this up as I think it's good PR for the customer plus might generate sales if they can be reminded they have store credit?

Or a suggestion on how to remind them?

Does anybody know if there is a plugin that could be used for this? I think it's pretty important and it bothers me that the certs just sit there not being used.

I know it's a lot of work, Vince, but Gift Certificates are a big part of our business. We don't issue refunds if we can help it, but issue coupons for small amounts, and Gift Certificates for large amounts.

Please, please give it some consideration if it's at all possible.
