Currently running ECT PHP v7.5.5 on cPanel.

Have a problem with our website which seems to have started overnight with MySQL - the issue seems to be just with the proddetail.php pages.

Have opened a ticket with the host provider but just wondering if there's any housekeeping or other interventions that I might be able to do to get things up and running in the meantime?

The PHP web pages are being served and are visible to some extent but then a series of lines with error output are visible on the proddetail.php web page itself. I can also submit add items to the shopping cart and complete a test order and then login to the ECT control panel to review the order etc...

The error messages seems to indicate that there is "no space left on device" and reads as follows:

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_15c7d_0.MAI' (Errcode: 28 "No space left on device")

When logging in to cPanel>MySQL Databases the screen shows

MySQL® Databases
The MySQL server is currently offline.
Error encountered while fetching data: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_15c7d_0.MAI' (Errcode: 28 "No space left on device")

Many thanks in advance.

Neil

Hi Neil
You really need to get in touch with your host about this. It sounds like the /tmp/ directory is full on the server and they need to clean it up.

Hi Vince,

Many thanks for the reply.

We've got the ticket open with them as we speak... and the hosts are obviously doing things in the background albeit the whole website is currently offline... big sigh :(
