With the UPS strike expected on 8/1/2023, we'd like to enable the new USPS Ground Advantage service as an alternative to UPS Ground.
According to the USPS press release [url]https://faq.usps.com/s/article/USPS-Ground-Advantage[/url], beginning 7/9/2023 Ground Advantage replaces 3 previous services (USPS Retail Ground, Parcel Select Ground, and First-Class Package Service) with a single, lower-cost service.
It's understood that we can represent the Ground Advantage option in the cart by enabling Parcel Select Ground in the USPS Shipping Methods screen and in the Show As box entering "Ground Advantage".
However, the rates calculated by the cart using Parcel Select Ground are higher than we get with the new, lower-cost Ground Advantage service.
Can anyone suggest a way to get accurate USPS Ground Advantage rates in the cart?
