I have dealers that are getting a 10% discount setup in their user login.

I have a some items (like sale and clearance items) that I dont want them to get a discount on. I clicked the "Product discount exempt" in the product admin and it doesn't change anything.

Can someone help me on what Im doing wrong?

Also, could you try logging out of the customer account then log back in again?

Just to clarify, on certain products, I would like to remove the percentage discount that some customers are receiving.

Vince, I've tried different browsers and logged in and out and in, the item still is showing the price as the discounted pricing.
Could it be that the "product discount exempt" option in the product admin area doesn't affect customers who have a percentage discount setup in their account details?

I'm really sorry Steven but I didn't read the whole thread. You are correct that this exemption doesn't apply to the account discount setting.

Hi Steven, usually I am aware of just about all functionality of the cart. Sorry I didn't pick up on that.
I personally don't use client discounts on their accounts, so it's not something I've tested.
