Mailing List Send - Take Breather every 50 emails

The ECT Mailing List system should be adequate for them. The website hosting is LIMITED to sending a maximum of 200 emails per hour. So I need to provide instructions about how to NEVER EXCEED that limitation. In Mailing List Admin ... Send Emails To List, there is an option which says: => Take Breather every 50 emails: [tick box] My question is how long is that breather ? Thanks and regards, Gary

This is 5 minutes and it's mainly there for GMail really as without this, GMail will stop sending.
