We don't get many fraud attempts, but every few months we'll get a real problem buyer. Dealing with their repeat order attempts seems to consume a lot of time.

A recent example is an individual who repeatedly insisted that he would use a vacuum cleaner instead the required ~ 3000 PSI pressure washer to power our equipment. When we explained why it wouldn't work and refunded his order, he got mad and then ordered again for the purpose of leaving a negative Google Shopping review using the link on our thanks.php page.

It's usually easy to predict this sort of behavior during the follow-up phone call, but it's not easy to block repeat order attempts.

Today nearly all buyers use a mobile phone or dynamic IP, so the IP blocking feature in the Cart isn't effective for us.

Ideally we'd be able to both block, and alternatively flag on Admin page but not block, orders that fully or partially match a configured email address (i.e.., the full address or domain only), and / or a fuzzy match to a phone number that ignores formatting and any prefixes, and /or a full or partial street address and Zip code.

The feature would log its actions, and would allow us to configure a time limit for any trigger to expire.

It's understood that this would be a lot of development work, regardless of whether it's part of the core product or a paid add-on from someone like DLSS.

Does anyone else want this sort of capability?
