Hi
We have updated to Ecommerce Plus PHP v7.6.5 on March 27 2024. We can see the orders on the admin dashboard, but confirmation e-mails are not coming to the address we set at the admin e-mail setting nor to the customers.
In 2022, we had a similar problem on the second language, but solved by setting the Email SMTP Service to "Use PHP Mailer".
O2 March 29 2024, we migrated hosting plan in the same service provider, to ensure the mail security to meet Google requirement of SPF, DKIM and DMARC. The DNS was already changed.
This time, Email SMTP Service is already "Use PHP Mailer". The e-mail settings are the same except for the SMTP Host, as the server was migrated.
Anyone have any idea to send and get the Confirmation E-mail?

Could you try asking your host what the SMTP server settings should be? It's likely that they are different now and need to be updated.
Another thing to try is to add this to your includes.php file...
$debugmode=TRUE;
Then try sending an email and you should get debug output if there are any problems. Then send that information to your host. Then take the parameter out of the includes.php file as otherwise your customers will see debug information.

Hi#12288;Vince
After adding $debugmode=TRUE; to includes.php, it turned out that the problem derives from the wrong combination of SMTP Port and SMTP Secure (SSL) setting at the Admin/ Main Setting/ E-mail Setting. After asking for the correct SMTP setting to our host and correcting them, we got all Confirmation E-mails.
Thank you so much for your kind support!
