Hello,
I switched from PayPal to Squareup.
Since then the sale email that is sent to the customer about the order is no longer being sent.
I have filled in the information in the Email Headers / Footers : and Drop Shipper Email Headers / Footers : same as it was in the PayPal setup but the customer is not getting a email copy of the sale.

Did I miss something in the Squareup setup?

Hi Paul
You should create a cheap test product and then try a test order through Square and make sure that you actually get back to the thanks page and there are no errors, etc.

Thanks for the reply.
I sent an order thru the website and everything went fine just like I tested it in the sandbox.

I don't know what their problem is. I told them to check their junk and spam folders. I forwarded them my confirmation email I got from the store.

Will see what happens.
