We've noticed a recent order, which was paid for then cancelled and refunded through the order record but it did not restock the items. It should restock, correct?
Hi DavidX Yes it should restock, but it sounds like maybe it had already restocked the items. If for example the customer goes through the checkout process then navigates back to the first checkout page the order is cancelled and items returned to stock. There was a bug fixed though about 6 months ago that fixed a problem to do with stock management so do update if you are on a version older than that.
