Apart from the dynamically generated titles and metas is there a method to use the entries in the admin when using short codes?

I've made a couple of entries and it appears they don't override the dynamically generated titles and metas

The entries in the admin should be used but I'm not sure what you mean about the short codes. Could you give an example?

What I'm trying to say is the set up for all the pages are using the short codes, but any entries in the admin for the page titles and metas are ignored.

I've tried on the test store on a product detail page and that seems fine and the page title and meta description take whatever is set in the admin for that product, or the default if not. I guess I will have to have a look at your store to see why this isn't happening so could you forward on the details to my email?
