Big shipping issue after 7.8.6

steven vaccaro Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1089 Posts	Posted - 05/19/2025 : 06:26:10 After upgrading, everyone is getting free shipping on orders. Wierd thing is they are still being charged a handling fee. But no carrier shipping. Even $5 orders that will cost us $50 to ship. How do I fix this asap?
steven vaccaro Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1089 Posts	Posted - 05/19/2025 : 06:46:21 After some digging, it seems the "Free Shipping" discount caused this. Expiring it has stopped the problem temporarily. Why is the Exemptions:, "Free Shipping Exempt", stopping the "Free Shipping" discount? Ive also changed the discount option to "Assign to individual products / categories". This stopped both items that were and were not exempt from free shipping. Can I get some help?
