Home Category Not Displaying in Category List.

Any Suggestions?

Do I have to delete all the category work I have done to simply have Home Category display again in order to check it as the ROOT?

Why is this a thing?

I just replied to your email about this but the home category exists without having to be created. If you like to just the categories page with no parameters, such as...
categories.asp
...then you are linking to the home category.
