Hi,

DHL is suspending their DHL Express shipping operations in Canada on this Friday, is there a way to remove just Canada from DHL shipping? I believe they're suspending shipment collection starting today as well, so this is slightly urgent.

I've looked in Shipping Admin, but I can only see turning off the country completely.
