It's the clientlogin signup form.
The info is showing on the account, but not on the email.
I'm logging in to upgrade people to wholesale pricing, only to find that half the time they haven't left the requested information on the form. It would save me a lot of time if I could see from the email that thus info was missing as I can just reply from there to ask for it.
