We have an issue where order confirmation emails are being sent to spam. How do we stop this and have them sent directly to customers inbox?

Hi Paul
The issue of emails ending up in the SPAM mailbox would be down to the email client but it could also be that your domain may be on a blacklist so it's worth asking your host to check for you.
