website mashed up when trying to update and transfer to new hosting company
Not sure it is php issue or software problem can you please advise asap how to fix
just updated with latest php updater

I think the problem is that your site is on...

But if you try to access the site on the "www." form of the URL like this it can't be found...
https://www.shahnazhusainusa.com/
And as all your CSS file references are hard coded to the "www." form of the URL they are not loading. You really need to talk to your host about this.

it was working perfect until i try to transfer and use the php updater
can we create a .htaccess file to fix this
i called the host they are not able to help

Even if you try to access a URL that has nothing to do with the shopping cart like the home page you get an error...

It's not something I can go in and fix for you as this is going to be down to (probably) the DNS settings. If you've changed the DNS settings recently then I would look at that. If your host controls this for you they really need to sort this out.
