7.9.1 Coupons Stopped Functioning

Vince,

After updating to v7.9.1 ALL coupon codes have stopped working. This is NOT the Free Shipping ones. These are percentage discounts.

The discount number you entered (****) was not found, has expired or is not applicable. Please click here if you wish to go back and try again.

I've tried several old ones that are still active and even created a new one but still do not work.
