 7.9.1 Create New Account Not Working

After updating to v7.9.1 the Create New Account is not working.

Nothing happens when you click the "Create Account" button after filling in the appropriate fields.

Hi Patrick
I've sorted this out now and the fix is in the incfunctions.php file in the updater.
