It would be nice to be able to use a wildcard exemptions, e.g. *@domainname[dot]com as recently I had one site slammed with fake orders and the @ part was always the same, they just changed the beginning. In this case, the @ part was @teleworm.us which I never heard of before but upon researching it found ”teleworm.us is part of a free disposable email address service called Fake Mail Generator. This service allows anyone to create a temporary email address.”

Yes, that's a good idea so I've done this now for v7.9. You don't need to add wildcard characters, just add the @domainname.com part of the email.
