I've recently been getting a lot of tax bills come back on me from Canadian customers refusing to pay their taxes & duties. At the end of the day, FedEx is requiring us to pay these.

It looks like there is a way to estimate the taxes & duties through the FedEx api ( https://www.fedex.com/content/dam/fedex/apac-asia-pacific/downloads/fedex-api-estimated-duties-taxes-en-apac.pdf ).

Is there currently a way to estimate the amount & add the estimated amount to an order total? I can't keep doing business with Canada if this continues, it's been $1000's that have come back on us as a result of them refusing to pay what was owed.

Looks like if it's not in place now, coming down the pipeline will be a mandatory taxes/duties paid by the shipper. ShipStation today had this ticked by default for my international shipments. There will need to be a way to properly calculate the duties and taxes for shipments if the couriers are going to force this on us.

Also, if there was a new field for harmonization codes to be input into a product and passed through to ShipStation that would also be of great help.

I've given up on Canadians & FedEx.

Looking for some help with a script for the cart page that will not display the FedEx options to Canadian customers.

Can you not just not allow for only domestic shipping for Fedex on your shipping methods page?

Not really.

I can disable ground for international which effectively removes Canada & Mexico, but FedEx express services still persist for Canadians.

Also, it seems like since my last update from a couple days ago, UPS does not work at all internationally. Unsure if that's a known bug or something new going on with the latest release.
