I think I am on 7.8.6 — so disregard if this has already been addressed — but on the stats page if I Generate Results by Category Total, it does works but just does not seem to respect the date range (it does all time). Just in case no one has noticed that yet.

I hadn't noticed that to tell the truth but it's sorted now and I've added the fix to the updater in the vsadmin/inc/incstats.php file. Thanks for letting me know!
