In your file css/style.css around line 4 you have something like...

body {
font-size: 20px;
color: #333;
font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,"Segoe UI",Roboto,"Helvetica Neue",Arial,"Noto Sans","PingFang TC","Microsoft JhengHei","Hiragino Sans",sans-serif;
}

It's that font size of 20px which is causing the problems really as it's a very large font size for mobile. How about in one of the mobile breakpoints add something like...

body {
font-size: 13px;
}

...then hopefully everything should fall into place.
