I'm wanting to add a product (Shirt) with size and color options. I've got that figured out so that, as I change the color option, the image changes (Thanks, Dave!). What I need to add somewhere is an image that consists of a grid with actual measurements and product info that's separate from the actual product images. What options do I have?

I would add it to the product description, or one of the custom fields and insert that custom filed so it comes right after the product image, or the placement you prefer.

Hi, sure.
You upload the image to your server and use html to add the image.
If you are using the html editor it may be easier, but the html would be something like...

<img src="images/someimage.jpg"/>

If you want to center it try this

<div style="text-align:center;"><img src="images/someimage.jpg"/></div>

if you have a wide image and want to make sure it looks good on smaller screens, use this...
<div style="text-align:center;"><img style="max-width:100%;" src="images/someimage.jpg"/></div>
