Hello,

Updated to 7.8.8 today and now I am getting the following error on the cart.asp page

500 GET /cart.asp |222|80040e37|[Microsoft][ODBC_SQL_Server_Driver][SQL_Server]Invalid_object_name_'transittimes'. HTTP/2.0

Please, any help would be appreciated

Hi, Invalid_object_name after updating, usually means you failed to run the updatestore.asp file to update the tables in the database, or all of the files were not successfully copied over.
I would run the update process again.
Thanks,
David

oK, I do see where "transittimes" is a new table that should be added to your database when you run the updatestore.asp script in your browser.
Are you certain you have uploaded the updatestore.asp script from the new update package, to the server, then navigate to www.yoursite.com/updatestore.asp to update the database with new table(s)?

Thanks,
David

If someone could send me the table for 'transittimes' I could import it in

Hi there
Sorry about the problems but I think I've found the reason for this and there is a fix in the file...
vsadmin/inc/uspsshipping.asp
...in the v7.8 updater now.

Ok, so your fix took care of that last issue, however now when I get an email for the order, the product that the cusomer bought is not showing/included in the email. Everything else seems to be there except that. Please advise, Thanks!

I just tried a test here and the email seemed fine. Could I just check, is this the ECT Store email or the one you get from the payment processor?

There is one from the store and one from the payment processor that goes to the customer, then an email goes to the store owner. The one to the store owner is not coming through and the only one I get to the customer is the payment processor, not the store receipt. There is an error in the cart when the cart comes back from the processor page, it says there was a problem, etc.

I would imagine this is the root of the problem then. Can you let me know what payment processor you are using? Also, is there an error message?

It sounds like the response from the payment processor isn't making it to the cart. Could you get in touch with whoever set up the customer payment processor for you?

I don't think they are in business any longer, at least they are not in your list of MOD vendors anymore.

Where are your list of 3rd party vendors/programmers?
