Hi!

We rarely send emails. We do have a MailChimp account and have our site set to send email sign-ups to MailChimp and have a good amount of people that have opted into receiving emails.

Well, it's one of those rare times where we want to send an email and we are above the limit for being able to use MailChimp for free. As we only send an email maybe once a year, I don't want to pay the monthly fee.

I've exported our email list from Mailchimp and want to know if there is a way to import those that did opt in to receive emails into the ecommerce template mailing list w/o having to manually enter each email myself.

Thanks!

Claudia

Hi Claudia
There is a way to import emails, yes and you can do that via the CSV file import. For it to be recognized as a CSV file for the mailing list it has to be a comma separated CSV file and the first line has to be...
Email,Full Name
...and so with two columns, the first being the email and the second the Full Name.
