The link show the classic-asp-not-installed-by-default-on-iis page, but it is installed and enabled.
What else do you think is wrong?

I've tried it here and everything seems ok. Can you check the error logs to see if it gives a clue as to what the real error is?

Hi, generally that would be in your hosting control panel.
Perhaps your host can help you locate the error.

Hi, ok, usually the error will tell you what include file is missing.
It may actually be your includes.asp file from the vsadmin folder.
When installing the update, the update package does not include two important files that should remain on your server -
includes.asp
db_conn_open.asp

So when you upload the files from the update package, these files should remain.
Perhaps you deleted the folder and upload the vsadmin folder from the updater - if so, you would get this error as you do not have your two important files.

Check your vsadmin folder for those two files.
If they are there, just go through the update process again.
Upload all new files to the proper locations and then run updatestore.asp in your browser and then remove that updatestore.asp file from the server.
Post back your results.

I didn't copy all the downloaded files because I thought copy those files after run the updatestore.asp.
Now I copied all but same result.

I tried looking at the products.asp page at the url you sent but that doesn’t seem to work either. Is the shopping cart installed at this url? Or is it a new site?

I'm not using product.asp, it is redirect to menu page.
cart.asp is in \shop folder.
